Please use the hall and stand plan available in the OSC. The online plans are always up to date and are the authoritative reference for the setup.

ATTENTION: The stand spaces are marked in GREY on site. Please make sure to build strictly within your stand boundaries. Exceeding these boundaries violates fire safety regulations regarding escape routes and will not be tolerated.

Setup times:

• Saturday, June 13:
  • 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Daily: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 16:
  • 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (construction work)
  • 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (work on completed stands)

Please note that all construction work must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Work on finished stands is permitted until 6:00 p.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

All vehicles must leave the loading yard by 6:00 p.m. on the final setup day.

Exceptions are not possible to ensure hall cleaning and theft protection.

For access to the loading yard via Gate 5 during setup, a cash deposit of €100 is required. Please adhere strictly to your assigned time slot. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being retained by the service partner and cannot be refunded by the exhibition management.

Catering during setup (June 15 & 16):
Available in Hall 11 (beer garden, side exhibition foyer) from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Restrooms during setup and dismantling:
• S10 / Center – Ground floor & accessible WC (from June 10)
• Hall 11 (FH) East, ground floor, front area (from June 13)
• NCC West, ground floor, 2 accessible WC facilities (from June 10)

If you have not yet ordered electricity or other technical services, you can do so:

• online until June 16, 2026, or
• on site from June 13, 2026 at our office on Level 1 in NCC West.

Your exhibitor passes are available online in the OSC. 

• Please make sure to register them before the exhibition begins if you have not already done so.
• Passes cannot be collected from the exhibition management office, nor can they be deposited or handed over there.
• Please note: each staff member requires their own pass.

If you have any questions regarding the registration process or the number of passes, please contact us.
No setup or exhibitor passes are required during the setup phase.
 

• Please use your allotment of free guest tickets available in the OSC for your visitors and customers.
• Kindly register and send them out before the exhibition.
• Guest tickets cannot be deposited at the exhibition management office.

Permanent parking permits can be collected or purchased at

• Monday, June 15: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 16: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

at Office 1.27 in the Service Partner Center (if not already received by post).

Additionally, permanent and daily parking tickets can be purchased on June 17, 2026, directly at the entrances to Parking South/East or South Parking Deck.

Please note: parking permits are not sold at the exhibition management office.

A shuttle bus will operate from Parking South/East and South Parking Deck directly to the Frankenhalle/ hall 11 entrance.
 

On the final exhibition day (June 20, 2026), access to the fairgrounds (loading yard) is not permitted from 11:30 a.m. until dismantling begins at 5:00 p.m.

Dismantling times:

• Saturday, June 20: 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Sunday, June 21: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
• Monday, June 22: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
   

Waste disposal:

• Please arrange waste disposal services in advance.
• Any materials left behind at the stand will be disposed of at the exhibitor’s expense.

A shuttle service will be provided on the last setup day and during the exhibition.

The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges a fee of EUR 0.60 per square metre of exhibition space for the representation of your interests. AFAG Messen und Ausstellungen GmbH collects the corresponding amount to forward it to the AUMA.

As Stone+tec is strictly a trade fair, the sale of goods at the stand is not permitted.
