FAQ for exhibitor

Important information for visitors and guests departing via Nuremberg Central Station!

During the current European Football Championship, the entire Nuremberg train station area is a weapons ban zone.

The objects prohibited in this area include not only typical "weapons" (usually carried consciously) but also more unconsciously carried objects, such as

Knives of all kinds
Scissors of all kinds
Chopping tools, such as axes, hatchets and cleavers
Carpet knives (cutters)
other tools that are capable of causing serious injury
If you are carrying typical stonemason's hand tools, striking tools or chisels with you or in your luggage, please use other traffic routes or, in case of doubt, contact the Stone+tec exhibition management (here in NCC West, 1st floor).

You will find the exhibition management from 14 June 2024 in the NCC WEST, 1st floor in the Press Centre, tel. no. 0911 98833-580

Set-up times

Start:

Saturday, June 15, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Until Tuesday, June 18, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (stand construction), 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (work on the finished stand)
Please note that the constructive stand construction ends on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 4 p.m., work on the finished stand is still possible until 8 p.m.
Please plan your arrival accordingly.

You must also leave the loading yard by 8 p.m. on the last set-up day. Exceptions are not possible in order to facilitate hall cleaning and theft protection.
A deposit of €100 must be paid in cash to enter the loading yard via Gate 5 during set-up. Please observe the time slot allocated to you! If the time slot is not observed, the deposit fee will be retained by the service partner and CANNOT be paid out by the exhibition management.

Catering during set-up is available in Hall 12 (center left).
Toilets during set-up and dismantling are open as follows:
- Hall 12 (center left), from June 12
- Hall 11.0 (east rear), from June 15
- Service 10/Center, from June 15

Opening hours/ Admission Exhibitor

From Wednesday, June 19 to Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg.
The exhibition is open for our visitors from Wednesday to Friday from 9:30-18:00, on Saturdays from 9:30-17:00, admission for visitors until 1 hour before the end of the exhibition.
Exhibitors have access to the grounds from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Stand plans/ orientation on site?

Please use the hall and stand plans provided in the Online Service Centre (OSC).

The online plans are up to date and are decisive for stand construction.
The stand areas on site are marked in the colour GREY.

Pay attention to stand limits

Please note that it is not permitted to build over stand boundaries.
Each exhibitor must also install a stand boundary wall (min. 2.5 metres high) and a floor covering.

Can I order additional services? Power connection / water connection / compressed air?

If you have not yet ordered other technical services, you can only do so online until 14 June 2024 and from 19 June 2024 on site in our office on the 1st level in NCC West or directly in the Service Partner Center at the exhibition grounds.

ATTENTION:

From 27 May 2024, late booking surcharges will apply!
Bookings at the exhibition centre can only be made against immediate payment.

Guest tickets

Please use the contingent of free guest tickets available for your visitors and customers in the Online Service Centre (OSC). Please also register and send these before the start of the fair.

It is not possible to deposit them at the exhibition management!

Exhibitor passes

Your exhibitor passes are stored for you in the Online Service Centre (OSC).

Please be sure to register them before the start of the fair if you have not already done so.

Passes can NOT be collected from the exhibition management. It is also not possible to deposit or hand over passes!

Please note that each employee requires their own badge. If you have any questions about the registration process or if you cannot manage with the number of passes, please contact us.

Please note that the badges are blocked if the invoice is still outstanding.
No passes are required for set-up and dismantling.

Car park trip

Permanent parking permits that are currently ordered via the Online Service Center (OSC) will no longer be sent by post from 11 June 2024.

However, the parking permits ordered can be collected or purchased during the set-up on Monday 17 June from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and on Tuesday 18 June from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm in office 1.27 in the ServicePartnerCenter if you have not yet received them by post after ordering online.
In addition, long-term and one-day parking permits can be purchased directly from the staff at the entrance to the South/East car park or the South parking deck on 19 June 2024.
Please note that no parking permits will be sold at the exhibition management.
The daily parking fee is €12.00 / long-term parking fee is €48.00 (gross).

Speed limit

ATTENTION: A speed limit of 30 km/h is prescribed on the Große Straße, which is frequently checked by speed cameras.

Shuttle bus

The free shuttle bus will be available from 19 June from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm.

It will stop as follows: East car park, South/East car park, South car park deck, Central entrance.

Lorry parking

Information and directopns to the free lorry parking area

A shuttle service will be offered on the last day of set-up and the trade fair.

Approach/delivery halls

You can drive into the loading yards directly next to the halls to set up or make deliveries during the trade fair.
Entry is regulated at the gate by a deposit (100.00 euros) with a time slot.
On the last day of the fair, entry/delivery is NOT possible after 11.30 a.m., the gates to the entrance will be opened from approx. 5.30 p.m., and the deposit regulation will no longer apply.
No passes are required for set-up and dismantling.

Please note that parking in the loading yard is not possible.

Is the direct sale of exhibition goods to visitors permitted?

As Stone+tec / File+tec are purely trade fairs, the sale of exhibition goods at the stand is not permitted.

Waste disposal

Please remember to order waste disposal in advance.

Any material remaining on the stand will be disposed of at the exhibitor's expense.

Can I dismantle my stand before the official end of the fair?

We ask for your understanding that no partial or complete dismantling of the stand and products is possible before the official end of the trade fair. Stand personnel may also not be removed before the end of the fair. It is in the interests of all exhibitors that the entire trade fair runs smoothly.

Dismantling times

On the last day of the trade fair (22 June 2024), it will not be possible to enter the grounds (loading yard) from 11:30 a.m. until dismantling begins at 5:00 p.m.
