The complete water system is supplied fully automatically.
An immersion pump pumps the dirty water from a small collecting tank holding approx. 1m³ into the high-performance clarifier. The special lamella construction inside the clarifier permits physical cleaning according to the flow principle.
The clarified water flows into the fresh-water tank and is returned to the production machines by means of a pressure increase pump. The separated sludge is first pumped into the collecting tray of the drying station by a special pump. From there it is passed through the individual discharge pipes into the drying bags placed below.
In these specially developed bags the sludge is dehydrated until it is solid. Always four of these bags are suspended in a container. Thus replacement of the full bags is very easy. When the bags are full, there is a signal on the control cabinet, the sturdy ball valves are closed, the clamping rings are opened, the full bags fall into the container which is emptied by means of a fork-lift truck.
